Why is my email address required? Your email address is required so you can receive an Order Confirmation email. In addition, it is used as an alternative contact in the event you cannot be reached via telephone. Your personal information, including your email address, will not be shared with any third parties.

How do I track the status of my order? You will receive two emails communicating the status of your order. First, an Order Confirmation email after you place your order. Second, a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions relating to the status of your order.

What should I do if I receive an item that has been damaged during delivery? All awards should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If your award arrives damaged, contact Customer Service within 5 Business Days of receipt. Please provide pictures of any damage to the outer shipping carton and the award itself. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization from the Customer Service Department. We offer a 5-day warranty plan on any defective merchandise. After 5 days, you will be provided with the manufacturer’s warranty/proof of purchase form to assist you in finding a dealer in your area.
